For a detailed and accurate quote, you will need to send me the full text and your preferred deadline. This will allow us to reach an agreement and avoid any surprises when the work is completed. Here are the different types of text correction available, with approximate prices. The tariffs mentioned are per word of original text. Please note that a minimum fee of 20€ will apply for all documents.

| Copy editing is more labour intensive than proofreading. It includes correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalisation and formatting, and also identifying and fixing errors related to inconsistencies in tone and style, incorrect syntax, and poor word choice. Copy editing results in a clearer message for your readers while maintaining the integrity of the author’s voice and meaning. |
Précis-writing: from 0.045€ per word |
| I provide this service in which I copy edit your text while shortening it. Précis writing can be useful if you have a fixed word count for an article or brochure, for example. It can also avoid expensive translation bills. |
French and English text revision: from 0.050€ per word |
| I offer bilingual proofreading, which involves checking an English text against an original text in French, to remove any language discrepancies and make sure both versions are correct and correspond with each other. For the same price, I can correct texts resulting from online translation tools or AI, which invariably need polishing by a human English professional! |
